Kwasi RobinsonKwasi Robinson was appointed to the impactful role of Chairman of the Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation in 2019; a Corporation currently serving the largest number of burgesses in all municipalities. Kwasi holds a Masters in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and has been able to etch a name for himself in the local media and entertainment landscape as a young entrepreneur. He is the Owner and General Manager of Studio 53 Entertainment Limited and is a pioneer in the ‘local reggae” industry in Trinidad and Tobago. Prior to becoming Chairman, Kwasi’s main focus was directed to making a tangible difference in the community of La Horquetta/Talparo, where he was born and raised, through service as a Councillor during the period 2013-2016. His appointment now allows for greater support to the populace of the TPRC districts, and by extension, the population of Trinidad and Tobago. Kwasi is a committed husband and the father of one son. Coming from a family of musicians, he played the steelpan, loves audiobooks and is passionate about cultural and sporting activities. He is young, confident, multifaceted and committed to service to people and continues to work tirelessly to bring people together to effect positive change, moving forward for a prosperous and progressive society. |
