The Heliconia Foundation for Young Professionals (HFYP) cordially invites you to attend our Youth Empowerment Symposium on Thursday 5th September, 2019 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The event will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Invaders Bay, Audrey Jeffers Hwy, Port of Spain. It features a panel of powerful speakers comprising Dr., the Honourable Minister Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, H.E. Makeda Antoine-Cambridge, Nichola Harvey (founder and Director of the youth NGO "We Say Y.E.S.") and Alpha Sennon (founder and director of WhyFarm?).
The HFYP has been supporting youth development for the past six (6) years. In keeping with our mandate to empower and enable young people, the Executive has embarked upon several initiatives geared towards fostering empowerment and leadership development for its membership and youth in Trinidad and Tobago.
It is our sincere hope that you will attend this event and join with us, as we engage in open discussions on the most effective ways to promote youth involvement in national development.
